Workshop - Standard Repairs and Times

Details for this section are for the Lambretta 175 Li Series 1 and 2 however there are many similarities between these models and other models of Lambretta threewheelers/Lambros. This information and the pictures included are provided from the 'Instructions for Repair Shops' for these models published in 1963. It is intended for informational purposes and we would recommend seeking professional advice before undertaking anything described in the Workshop section.

Following table gives a list of most ordinary repairs; each number corresponding to the required dismantling operations, together with additional instructions, if any, are reported at the side. As a rule, for reassembly the same cycle of operations as for dismantling should be followed, but with reverse sequence.

The value of times mentioned for each cycle is merely indicative and refers to the work performed by skilled workmen. (These timings are from Innocenti back when the three-wheelers were new! These timings are for informational purposes and do not represent time required to perform these operations at theLambro workshop!)
